1. General Website Use

These terms apply to your use of our website and general communications. When you request a quote for IT Asset Recovery, e-waste management, or data destruction, the information you provide must be accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service if the details about your IT scrap are misrepresented.

2. Service Agreements & Master Contracts

The information on datasentry.ae is for general marketing. When you actually hire Data Sentry for a corporate ITAD project, physical hardware removal, or server recycling, that specific job will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or a formal signed quote.

Those physical documents will always override these general website terms if there is ever a conflict.

3. Quotes and Pricing

We try to give you the fastest 60-minute response time possible. However, any price estimate given over the phone or email is just an estimate. The final price we pay for your IT scrap-or the final fee we charge for secure logistics-is only locked in after our team do a physical audit of the equipment at your office in Dubai, DIFC, JAFZA, or other Free Zones.

4. Data Destruction Guarantee

We take our role as a "Data Sentry" very seriously. When you hire us for hard drive shredding or SSD data wiping, we provide a Serialized Certificate of Data Destruction.

However, it is your responsibility to clearly identify which drives need to be destroyed before we put them in the shredder. Once a hard drive is shredded, the data is gone forever. We are not responsible for data you accidentally told us to destroy.

5. Environmental Compliance

We issue an official Dubai Municipality Green Certificate for e-waste recycling projects. We process your telecom scrap, UPS batteries, and old computers according to local UAE environmental laws. You agree to not hide hazardous materials or illegal waste inside your IT equipment before we pick it up.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Data Sentry IT Asset Recovery will not be liable for any indirect, special, or accidental damages related to your use of our website. Our total liability for any service claim is limited to the exact amount you paid us for that specific ITAD or recycling service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes regarding these terms or our website will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

8. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms of Service at any time. When we change the rules, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website means you accept the new terms.
