Will you put the offer in writing before dispatching a vehicle?
The most common complaint in this market is not a low price — it is a price that changed once the equipment was on the tail lift. A written, itemised offer derived from a list is the only defence.

Are you pricing by content or by weight?
A pallet of stripped chassis and a pallet of populated boards weigh the same and are worth wildly different money. A flat per-kilo rate always favours whoever knows which pallet is which.

Which of these units do you intend to remarket rather than recycle?
If they plan to resell your hardware, they are capturing resale value and you should share in it. A buyer who cannot answer is quoting you scrap rates for working equipment.

How do you handle SSDs differently from hard drives?
Flash storage does not respond to overwriting the way a spinning disk does. Anyone who offers to degauss your SSDs has just told you they do not understand the media.

Does the certificate name each serial number?
A certificate stating that a batch was destroyed answers nothing a PDPL, DIFC or ADGM auditor will actually ask. Serial-level or it is not evidence.

Can you re-issue the certificate in three years?
Audits arrive long after disposals do. Confirm records are retained before the collection, because afterwards there is nothing you can do about it.
