How quickly can you collect?
In Dubai, same day to 48 hours is normal. Sharjah and Ajman are typically two to five working days. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah run on scheduled collection days, usually within 48 hours to five working days. Fujairah is a consolidated run at five to seven working days. The offer has to be accepted before a vehicle is scheduled.
Do you charge for collection?
Not on bulk lots. The figure in the written offer is what you are paid, and transport is not deducted from it. On genuinely small quantities in distant emirates we will say so plainly rather than quietly pricing the trip into your number.
What do I need to have ready on the day?
Access confirmed — gate pass, lift booking or loading bay slot if the building needs one — a named contact on site, and the equipment reasonably consolidated in one area if that is practical. Nothing needs to be packed or palletised; we bring what is required.
Do I need to remove the hard drives first?
No, and generally you should not. Drives left in place are inventoried and tracked by us, which produces a cleaner chain of custody than a box of loose disks with no record of what came from where. If your policy requires removal before collection, tell us and we will document accordingly.
Can you destroy the drives at our premises?
Yes. On-site destruction with your own staff witnessing is available across the UAE, and for regulated clients we usually recommend it. The media never leaves your building intact and the certificate records the method, the date and each serial number.
What happens after the vehicle leaves?
Payment on the agreed terms, by cash or bank transfer. Then the documentation: the serial-level asset register, the Certificate of Destruction for every storage device, and the recycling report for your compliance or HSE file.
