Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, any personal data left on a disposed device remains your responsibility until it is destroyed.

How a Collection in Business Bay Works
Business Bay is twenty minutes from Al Quoz but the collection is gated by the building, not the drive. Every tower requires a move permit from building management, a service lift reservation and a loading bay slot, and most restrict moves to specific hours so the passenger lifts are not affected. Some require a refundable deposit and proof of insurance from the moving party. We book all of it and we work to your handover date, not ours. Who arranges the building move permit and lift booking?
The permit is raised by the tenant, since building management deals with the leaseholder, but we supply everything it needs — vehicle and crew details, insurance confirmation, requested slot — and we co-ordinate directly with building management once you have introduced us.
We are a clinic. Does patient data change anything?
Yes. Health data is sensitive personal data under the UAE PDPL, so clinic workstations, imaging terminals and practice management servers are handled under the data destruction workflow with a per-serial Certificate of Destruction, not simply recycled as office equipment.
We only have twenty items. Is that enough?
