Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, any personal data left on a disposed device remains your responsibility until it is destroyed.

How a Collection in Abu Dhabi Works
Abu Dhabi is roughly 140 km from our Al Quoz facility, so we do not improvise it. Collections are booked as a scheduled run, normally within 48 hours of the offer being accepted, and we consolidate where a client holds stock in more than one building. Mussafah and KIZAD are straightforward — ground-level warehouse access, tail-lift vehicle, crew of two to four. Island towers and ADGM buildings are the opposite: they need a lift booking, a building access permit and often an out-of-hours slot so a service lift can be tied up without disrupting tenants. Tell us the building name when you send the list and we handle the permit request as part of the job rather than discovering it on the day.

We are ADGM-licensed. Will your documentation satisfy our data protection obligations?
Our destruction record is issued at serial-number level, which is what an audit against the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 actually asks for: proof that a specific device holding personal data was destroyed, not a blanket statement that a batch was recycled. You receive the asset register, the chain-of-custody record and the Certificate of Destruction.
